These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the purchased workbook provided
by Elevate Care Insights ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the workbook, training and membership site, you agree
to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the
Workbook, programme or membership site.
1. Ownership and License: 1.1. The Workbook is the property of Elevate Care Insights, and
all rights, title, and interest in and to the Book, including any intellectual property rights, are
and will remain with us. 1.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to use the Workbook solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is
subject to these Terms and does not allow you to reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell the
Book in any form, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without our prior
written consent.
2. Permitted Use: 2.1. You may use the Workbook for its intended purpose, which includes
reading, studying, or referencing the content contained within the Book. 2.2. You may
make copies of the Book solely for backup or archival purposes, provided that such copies
include all copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the original Workbook.
3. Restrictions: 3.1. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Book. 3.2. You may not remove or

laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties.
5. Termination: 5.1. This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under
this license will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any
provision of these Terms. 5.2. Upon termination of this license, you must cease all use of the
Book and destroy all copies of the Book in your possession or control.

6. Disclaimer: 6.1. The Book is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any
warranties of any kind, express or implied. 6.2. We do not warrant that the Workbook will be
error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects in the Workbook will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability: 7.1. In no event shall Elevate Care Insights be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use
of or inability to use the Workbook. 7.2. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or
relating to these Terms or the Workbook shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the
Workbook.
8. Governing Law: 8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. 8.2. Any
dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Book shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
9. Entire Agreement: 9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
regarding the use of the Workbook and supersede all prior and contemporaneous
agreements and understandings between you and us.
